How long do I have to return an item?

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will let you know whether you need to return the item to us and if you wish to exercise your legal right to reject the item you must return it to us.

For USA, Canada and New Zealand customers please return items within 28 days of the date you receive the parcel.

For all other customers, please return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date you receive the parcel.

Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot offer refunds on cosmetics and pierced jewellery or on swimwear and lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

Australian Returns 

2. Post if off to Love Australia or Leave Party PO Box 10113 Rasmussen QLD 4815. Make sure you keep your proof of postage!

3. Your return arrives back at Love Australia or Leave Party. Our team will make sure all is in order and authorise your refund - this could take us up to 3 days once it arrives back in our office. 

4. Your refund is on its way. This can take up to 7 days to show in your account and is dependent on your bank's processing time.

5. Once we have confirmation of your parcel, we will issue your credit, typically this happens within 2 weeks. 

Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?

Yes, however, you will need to email us to confirm the product that you wish to receive for the exchange. 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us via email at further details of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. One of our customer service agents will be more than happy to look into this for you.

How long does it take to process my return?

It can usually take up to 28 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our office, processed and refunded. 

The funds should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 business days (how long depends on your card issuer).

We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our office and again when we have processed your refund.
